This is where I got my cell phone case from to block up to 99% of EMFs and 5th generation radiation (0-90 GHz). They have a magnet sticker that makes it very convenient to put your phone in or take it out.
Keep in mind that only the front of this case blocks EMFs and 5g, so that when you hold it up to your ear to speak, the radiation is pushed away from your head. Because of this, when I keep it in my purse, I keep the front side facing me in the purse. I have fun pointer stickers on my phone to help me remember which side is which.
