    • This is currently an Online Coaching Practice, which is in the Eastern Time Zone (EDT) in the US (New York Time). 
    • *Coaching is not psychotherapy and it does not treat mental disorders.  If a mental disorder is suspected, you will be given a referral for a mental health professional.
    • We will be off for the holidays Nov 25th to January 6th and will reply to emails and new client forms on Jan 7th.  Current clients will have a different holiday schedule with only Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Year's week being off.
