    • This is currently an Online Coaching Practice, which is in the Eastern Time Zone (EDT) in the US (New York Time). 
    • *Coaching is not psychotherapy and it does not treat mental disorders.  If a mental disorder is suspected, you will be given a referral for a mental health professional.
    • *We will be off from November 11th - 18th for a continuing ed course and will reply to emails and client forms Nov 19th.  We will then be off for the holidays (Nina will be on sabbatical) Nov 25th to January 6th.  We will reply to emails and client forms on Jan 7th.
